Section 37 of the CC&Rs state "No building shall be erected, placed or altered on any lot until the construction plans and specifications and a plan showing the location of the structures have been approved by the Architectural Review Committee, as to quality of workmanship and materials, harmony of external design with existing structures, and as to location with respect to topography and final grade elevation.  No shiny, reflecting surface will be permitted on any structure.  metal roof surfaces will be of non-reflecting material." 

While the Board acknowledges that there are existing structures within the subdivision that were built without compliance with this provision, it has no plans to review those occurrences.
